El Coqui Coffee LLC runs this site. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you request an ad spot, we keep the business name, your name, email, phone number and message you send. When you accept our Terms & Conditions, we record the version, the date and time, and your internet (IP) address as proof of the agreement. Advertisers' ads and billing records are kept so we can run and invoice their service.

How we use it

Only to contact you about advertising, run your ad and bill for it. We don't sell your information. We don't track the people who see the screens.

Who can see it

Our staff, and the companies that run the site for us: website hosting (Vercel), the database (Supabase) and error monitoring (Sentry), which receives technical details when a page fails, never the details you type into forms. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page shares nothing with a font provider. Card payments, once offered online, are handled by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing elcoquicoffee@gmail.com or asking at the bakery. We keep records of accepted agreements and payments as long as the law and our terms require, even after you stop advertising.
